Welcome to District training assembly for 2019

This is a great opportunity for Rotarians from across our District to come together, catch up with old friends, make new ones and take on board lots of information to ensure the success of your Club in 2019 – 2020

There will be sessions for Presidents Elect, Secretaries, Treasurers and Presidents Nominee, together with informative and interactive sessions around Membership, Social Media, Foundation & Grants, Youth, and combined sessions for International, Vocational and Community plus Strategic Planning which also includes Club Visioning.  See the program selection below.
Newer members of Rotary are also catered for with specific sessions for them to learn more about Rotary and to encourage them to get involved in the activities and leadership of their Clubs.

The venue is Marian College, 304 Barkly St Ararat

Assembly registration/morning tea will be available from 9:15am. The first session commences at 9:45am.
A copy of the College Map is available by clicking on the image on the right.  Entance is via Moore St which is recommended for car parking.  The opening session will be conducted in the multi purpose (gym) room.  Further directions to individual breakout rooms will be provided when you arrive. 

Registration for attendance is only available through the on-line registration system.  Payment can only be made by CREDIT CARD or PAYPAL.  

You do NOT need a paypal account to pay by credit card.
The event registration system is a Clubrunner application.  As a Rotary member it will ask you for a log-in password, which will allow autofill of your personal details.
However if you do not know your Clubrunner log-in or you are registering a guest, personal details (FIRST NAME, SURNAME & EMAIL is all that is required) can be filled in manually.  Clubrunner log-in is NOT mandatory for event registration.

Each attendee is required to register and pay $25

On the registration page you will be required to check the box against your name to confirm attendance, then make a selection from the list of sessions available.  Just place a 1 in the box against the session you nominate.
