Clubs need to complete district grants and submit final reports, expenditure claim and relevant receipts by 31st May, 2025.

Applications for District Grants for 2025-26 open 1st March 2025

The 2025– 2026 round of District Grants is currently open for applications from Rotary Clubs in District 9780.  District Grants support small scale local and international projects, scholarships, vocational training teams and related travel that conform to the mission of The Rotary Foundation.  See https://my.rotary.org/en/take-action/apply-grants/district-grants for more detail.
The District will match funds contributed to the project up to maximum of AU$3,000 per club funded on a 1:1 basis.   If applications are received for funds greater than the amount of District Designated Funds available, the awarding of grants will be on a competitive basis assessed against District 9780 criteria.
Before applying for a District Grant send a copy of the Grant Management Recertification completion certificate and the current MOU documents signed by both the Club President for 2025-26 and incoming President for 2026-27 to the DGSCC as per the address below.
Use this link to access the following documents: project application; project report form; project expenditure form; MOU; RI grant terms and conditions and a short clip on how to find the Grant Management Recertification seminar on the Learning Center.
