101 Strategies for recruiting and retaining members is an important resources for Rotary clubs and other service organisations which rely on the energy of volunteers.

"In our district alone there are over 2000 volunteers working in their communities, Rotarians have been supporting communities for more than a century now and we need to make sure that we have members to continue the good work for Rotary for another 100 years". said PDG Wayne Barrett.

The book has been prepared with the assistance of Presidents and members of the 60 Rotary clubs in District 9780, which covers Central and Western Victoria. It has been published with financial support from the Central Highlands Area Consultative Committee.
