The District Legal officer has now provided an opinion regarding the recommended process to comply with the State’s Public Health Officer directive for Covid vaccinations.

I thank our Legal Officer Sergio Bacchettis (Warrnambool Daybreak) for his professional and detailed opinion on this important procedure.

Obviously, this document does not cover our SA Clubs. I will seek further information as to what or if any process is required.
