NEWSLETTER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
We welcome your submissions for our District 9780 bulletin.
This is a great opportunity to share your Rotary stories with other Rotary members. How is your club making a difference locally and internationally? What a wonderful opportunity to share our stories and inspire others to action.
Deadline for submissions for the current month’s Bulletin is the 20th of the month.
- Please limit submissions to 300-500 words.
- Where possible, high quality photos should be submitted with your article. Please ensure you have permission to reproduce the photo or video. The best way to do this is to submit photos that you took yourself. Please do not embed images in a Word or PowerPoint document, as this makes it difficult to extract. Please email them as attachments instead, and please include captions for the photos with who is included in the photos, what is occurring within the photo, the location or the relevance to your story.

- Please do not copy and paste materials from the web, as this may cause formatting issues within the Bulletin.
