• Development and delivery of an effective youth program • Managing the club’s participation in Rotary youth programs, for example Youth Exchange, RYLA, NYSF • Managing relationships and interactions with our youth partners, for example Northern Bay College. • Identify and recommend to the board which Youth organisations the club should support financially and practically. • Budget and manage the club’s expenditure on Youth activities
