great courses of 60km and 105km, taking participants from Eastern Gardens in East Geelong, passing through the towns of Drysdale, Portarlington, St Leonards, Queenscliff, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Armstrong Creek and returning through Geelong to Eastern Gardens.

Congratulations to our two early bird winner, Alan Ward from Canberra and Brian Humphries from Ocean Grove

THE CAUSE

Ride the Bellarine is all about raising much needed funds for Rotary's world wide effort to "End Polio Now." We urge all participants to start up an End Polio Now fundraising page (click here for more details)  and ask friends, family and collegues to sponsor  you in our bid to raise  $20,000+ for this great cause. It takes a few minutes of your time to set up a fundraising page but it will make a huge difference to our fundraising effort.
If you are unable to ride but would like to donate to the cause, you can do so here .
View the fundraising page of this website to find out more about "End Polio Now" and also how to set up your fundraising  page and tips on how to fundraise more effectively.

How much of your donation reaches the intended recipients?
Often people ask, How much of my donation actually reaches the intended recipients? We are pleased to say that 96.47% of all donations from the 2016 Ride the Bellarine event were used to directly supply vaccines for those in need through the End Polio Now Campaign.  More than $40,000 has been raised over the past two years.
